"Easy enough to book, but a bit of a mixed experience"
Booking with Muval was easy, and they managed to find me a removalist quickly, which was a big help because I was short on time. The person I spoke with was friendly and, uh, explained most of the details clearly enough.
Moving day was a bit more stressful though. The truck showed up later than expected and the communication got a little messy. Luckily nothing was damaged, so that was a relief, but overall I’d say it was just okay for the price, not terrible, but not amazing either.

"Arrival window was misleading"
Booking was easy enough, but the way they worded the timing made it sound like the mover would show up within a reasonable window. Nope. They came way later than expected, and it really threw off my day. If the time isn’t reliable, they should be more upfront about it.

"Not great when stuff gets damaged"
My damage claim basically went nowhere, and one of my boxes was missing too. Support took forever to get back to me, which was dissapointing. Overall, not the best experience.

"Changing my date was more stressful than expected"
I had a change of plans and needed to move my date, which I figured would be a simple request. Instead, it turned into a much bigger hassle than I expected. I felt like they weren’t very flexible, and the whole process ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be.

I reached out hoping to get my issue sorted, but the complaint resolution process felt like a joke. I’m still waiting for someone to actually give me proper help instead of just leaving me hanging...

I tried booking through Muval and found the whole process messy. There were too many steps, and I couldn’t really tell what was actually confirmed or what still needed to be done. After spending way too much time on it, I ended up giving up. Has anyone else had the same issue with their booking process?

I went in thinking I had a good idea of what I’d be paying based on the quote they gave me, but by the end, the final price was nowhere close. It was kind of frustrating because I wasn’t expecting such a big difference, and it definitely caught me off guard.

At first, the price seemed reasonable, but once the extra costs started adding up, it didn’t feel like a good deal anymore. Personally, I don’t think it was worth the money, and I’d definitely compare other options before buying again.

"Customer service was slower than expected"
Booking was straightforward, but the customer service could’ve been better. I had to chase them a few times for updates, and when you’re waiting on replies, it just starts to feel a bit frustrating. The move did go ahead in the end, but I didn’t really feel like I was being kept in the loop. For the price, you’d expect clearer and quicker communication.

"Pretty frustrating communication"
I kept having to chase them just to get basic updates, which got old really quickly. The replies were slow and, to be fair, some were polite enough, but actually no, they often didn’t really answer what I’d asked. It made the whole move feel way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Movers didn’t feel very professional"
I booked through Muval and the movers they arranged ended up arriving late, with no quick call or message or anything. I was the one chasing around for updates, which was frustrating when you’re already trying to keep the whole move together.

The move did get done in the end, so I guess there’s that, but the guys were a bit rough with some of the boxes. They also had this kind of rushed attitude, like they just wanted to get it over with as fast as possible. Not really the careful vibe you hope for.

Nothing major was broken, thankfully, but the whole thing felt more stressful than it needed to. Muval support was okay, not terrible, but yeah... I wouldn’t be in a hurry to use them again.

"I booked a morning move and they..."
I booked a morning move and they didn’t show up until hours later, so I was basically stuck waiting around with no real updates. I get that delays happen, but it would’ve been nice to know what was going on. The whole day ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Here we go again with unclear pricing"
I really wish the pricing had been laid out more clearly. It felt like I was running into the same confusing cost issue again, it gets tiring having to dig around just to understand what I’m actually paying for.

"My stuff came back damaged"
Got my boxes back all squashed up, and a few of my things were chipped. These guys didn’t really seem too bothered about handling my stuff carefully, which was frustrating.
